Many kind of legal structures are available in France with almost 15 different legal status. The most popular remain the SARL (limited company), the SA (Société Anonyme) and the SAS (Société par action simplifiée).


Most of companies are using the SARL and the SAS form. The SA is recommended for larger companies, considering a strict regulation.
